UVC System Design
We use UVC lamps made in Germany and designed specially for the Germinator line. They provide a rapid and strong start for shortest disinfection time.
The multisensory custom-made PCB board controls the UVC output and sets the appropriate time during the lifespan of the lamps, also controlling the UV Chamber and reflector temperature through the cooling system in order to maintain the optimum conditions for the strongest UVC output.

Designed for Surface disinfection, our devices use these German UV lamps emitting strong UVC output of more than 50W, for effective superfast and chemical free up to LOG 6 disinfection in seconds.

MULTISENSORY CONTROL SYSTEM
The unique UVC system is made from multiple sensors and cooling system to control and maintain the perfect conditions setting the right time for the required UVC dose to give the most reliable disinfection.
The main 3 sensors can measure the ambient temperature, the UVC output and the power consumption to give the software the information needed to control and optimize the disinfection procedure.
These sensors are embedded on our own PCB board that enables data on device’s parts condition, and the UVC lamp life time so you can have on time maintenance assistance. With all parts designed and made from UVC MAX the service and maintenance are fast and efficient.
UVC INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
The industrial design was carefully planed and executed primarily to fully optimize the UVC output but also to assure safety for the device operator
Specifically chosen and with task to boost the UVC output the MIRO aluminum reflector gives up to 91% reflection of the UVC rays.
Giving the different characteristics the G1 uses the Specular reflector for straight ray reflection and the Chamber has the Diffuse reflector for spread reflection to give fast and evenly spread reflection over entire space in the UV chamber.
Safety is our priority and we were focused in designing a device with no UV leakage and with safety sensors to fully protect our clients. This is why we have tested the safety system and we have obtained a safety certificate for the G1
MaxUV Control Software
The software controls the multifunctionality and the UVC system of the Germinator I. It also collects activity logs with all the disinfection, location and user data. Moreover, MaxUV Control Software can also perform hardware maintenance diagnostics.
The software offers customization for managing or overview of UV disinfection processes for specific industry standards.
USER ASSISTANT
The unique PCB setup allows additional information and user guide in order to minimize the human error and make the disinfection process reliable.
